ITEMS REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGE

The Courier Guy had collected my item on a Thursday 7 May from L Corro Lockers for a Cape Town delivery. I had packaged the 4 items in bubble wrap, then put them in a white envelope, put tape around it and then secured it with string. They delivered the package in Cape Town Monday afternoon 11 May. My original packaging was removed and only one of the items placed in their box. I called them a number of times and eventually got hold of them telephonically. I was then told to send an email with images of the missing items, which I did on Monday May 11 around 15:30. The recipient of the package also enquired in Cape Town as to the whereabouts of the package and she was eventually informed that it was in Johannesburg and that she had to wait a further week to receive these said items. Bear in mind, I have had no response to my written email. I sent another email entreating them to send this package overnight as there was medication in the package and have still not received any feedback in this regard. My family and I have dealt with Pudo for many years (ever since their inception) and have NEVER had any problems with them. However, The Courier Guy in JHB is different. WHY. A very dissatisfied customer. I don't see how I have to wait another week due to their "negligence" when they do have an overnight service.
