Items not delivered

This delivery was out for delivery by 13:00 today, however I’ve just received a call from the driver saying my area is “high risk” and that delivery will now only happen tomorrow.

I paid for Amazon Priority Delivery specifically so that this parcel would be delivered today, and there was an additional charge for this service. I had items I needed to use today, so this delay is very inconvenient and unacceptable.

Please address this urgently with your Savannah Park drivers. I am requesting a full refund of the delivery fee paid for priority delivery.
