Items ****** from PUDO package.

I sent a birthday gift via PUDO to my mom with lots of goodies. It arrived with only half the contents. Reported to Pudo customer service. Got told 'we don't see any evidence of tampering on our cameras so it can't be our fault'. Surely the package was not under surveillance for 100% of its trip so how is this a valid argument? Barry from customer service who phoned me had no sympathy and made me feel like I'm some chancer trying my luck, while my poor mum received a measly birthday gift. I would have appreciated a refund of the Pudo courier fee - but not even get that. Their PUDO service also has no option to ensure. AVOID AT ALL COST!
