Items ****** By The Staff

I am very disappointed with Courier Guy, I have been using them with Good Service but lately they have the worst service.

I recently purchased some Items from someone in Capetown to be sent to Durban. Lucky I paid for Insurance. But even that is such an issue, Its been over a month and they have not compensated me for an item which was ****** by their own staff.

I called the Manager of the Somerset West Branch and asked him to please escalate and update me but not once did I receive a call.

They have been investigating the issue with their staff last they said they were going to do polygraph on the staff.

But they have made their problem, my problem and I have not been compensated for the ****** items.
