Issued not working pin

There nor track of my parcel from Durban that was sent on the 25th of March and no one seems to have clear indicatio what to tell as i have been followig up with Courier guy (JJ)in Mpumalanga.

JJ first told me they gave to our complex security which was not true, they then claim to deposit into locker after discovering that I was with the secirity.
