Is this Courier Guy's wheels busy coming off? Yes, the Rand value for small parcels are attractive but don't be fooled, this comes at a hefty price.

We have been dealing with The Courier Guy Nelspruit for a year now. We constantly ship and receive parcels across South Africa. Poor customer service from our couriers lead to not only disappointment but also a failure on promised lead times and directly affects our customer service which to us is completely unacceptable! The Courier Guy Nelspruit constantly fails to answer their phones, supply incorrect email addresses in order to place bookings, fail to process bookings. Don't return your emails. Fail to collect parcels. Fail to follow up. My biggest frustration is that parcels are getting stuck at depots for some lousy excuse.

Example: A Capetown booking placed on Monday morning 15/06/2020, Failed to collect on Monday, Collected only on Tuesday 16/06/2020 Afternoon, On my arrival at the Courier Guy Today 18/06/2020, my parcel did not even leave Capetown yet. 4 DAYS LATER!! The parcel will only leave Capetown on today 18/06/2020. Arriving on Monday 22/06/2020 according to their system!

We laid a complaint a few weeks ago with their regional office with no solution. We brought it up with their appointed managerial person, with no success.

I would out of experience not refer any company to make use of their services at all.
