Irreplaceable Damage upon package delivery.

A parcel was sent from Cape Town to Waterkloof in Pretoria around the end of December 2018. Aforementioned parcel was extremely delicate wood work for a Mercedes Benz W109. Despite being in a well packaged box, with fragile stickers all over said box, it arrived at my client completely shattered and in pieces. This is around a R30,000-00 damage to me, and I could not insure it as it is not a "manufactured" item. The Courier Guy was recommended to by a friend, who had used them for years without any problems. I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.
