Insane Price increase and lack of any communication with clients

The current price increase is outrageous and was not even communicated to us. We have online orders being processed via the company, and overnight, these have become unfeasible.

For example, 5 x 20L in mid-September was R368, but the current quote in December 2024 is R1360, 270% increase. Another example highlighting the lack of common sense: 1 x 20L is R160, but 2 x 20L is quoted at R400. In my opinion, it should be R320 or less due to economies of scale. Instead, they are suggesting we send two separate parcels, which is absurd—this creates more paperwork, inconveniences our customers with two tracking numbers, and adds unnecessary complexity to the process.
