*****ING of parcels - a Warning to users ( lockers)

Unresponsive, unprofessional ******* - Unfortunately their process has an absence of controls. My item that was securely packaged has gone missing and not delivered to the respective locker. The courier guy team have provided an abundance of pathetic excuses without actually investigating. I am now without my parcel and funds and the buyer is without their parcel whilst courier guy give use the run around for a week.

Please can any future users bear this in mind before using them
