Check your balance at all times. I have noticed this for a while now. Deductions more that what they said they were going to charge. Basic example from today as I witnessed it first hand. I had R144.68 in my account prepaid loaded, booked in two deliveries for R69 each with no extras and now they say my balance is R0.00.
I have been wordering why my prepaid/ pre loaded amount is reducing fatser than expected and they havent allowed me to downliad invoices from last year. Now i know why. Watch your account closely.

12 Jan 2026, 14:18Incase anyone is wondering they dont make it easy to get your money back either. 3 phone calls of 30mins each and two emails. Luckily this timne I had this screenshots to proof it as they some how couldnt give me the invoices over the last year.
