Incorrectly invoiced and no refunds

<p>Courier guy could not sort a problem on a package we chose eco road freight and they charged it as OVN due to driver selecting incorrect option. Overcharged with R 900.00. If you cannot sort a problem this small it is not worth doing business with you after 2 years we supported your company. I will spread the word on this pathetic service and money taken from our account. We do more than R 10k business a month and I hope your other customers soon realise how quotes vs invoiced items are overbilled in some instances</p>
