Incorrect parcels collected

I would think twice in the future of using this courier. Firstly they picked up the wrong parcels, Secondly the driver completed the wrong paperwork that was meant to be for a different courier service. Thirdly, I would like to know how is it even possible to book the parcel in at your depot with no paperwork and tracking numbers that does not even remotely correspond to your system. Then after all of this you simply book it out on a different tracking number to be send our to the wrong person. Then after all of this you simply take NO responsibility for your short comings...
