Incorrect parcel delivered and taken

Appalled by the service I have been getting from the courier guy, even team leaders. *********** and rude team leaders whom are too quick to answer, without any due diligence. My parcel got lost and transit and I was told it was my fault. It’s been over two month sent from pillar to post to get my parcel back.
