INCORRECT DETAILS ON SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE REQUESTS TO RECTIFY IT

I have made 6 requests for the same issue that is still not resolved.

They have placed my number on the system, though I am not the sender nor the receiver.

All I request is for them to inform the Seller so they can change the number of the Receiver to the correct person.

Is that really too much to ask??
