Incorrect Booking Fee for returned package due to Gezina Courier Guy's Error

The Courier Guy Gezina had an error when booking my package writing down the wrong numbers for my receiver. Now my package has been returned and they want to charge me a fee for return shipping which is unacceptable. And as per the CPA (Section 54), mistakes by service providers are not customer costs.
