Inconsistency and poor customer service

For three different occasions I have received a message from the courier guy informing me that my package is out for delivery in Phalaborwa and i would cancel my plans for the day to make sure that I'm available to receive the package. The package doesn’t arrive and when i try to track it, they claim that the package was returned to the hub because I was not available while they never even tried to communicate with me
