*********** staff, measuring products wrong.

I manufacture steel products. We sell standing shelves with the following measurements: Diameter 90cm x Width 30cm. They charged me R1366.59 to courier this item as they did the measurements wrong. According to TCG the measurements were 95cm x 90cm x 90cm.

I have sent them multiple photos of the product, showing that the item is 90cm x 30cm, as well as the price list with the measurements on. We don’t even manufacture items with the measurements they charged me for.

A week before I sent the exact same item to another location and the shipping for the exact same product was only R246.
