*********** service and inattentive staff

My express parcel went missing. The package got swopped and an incorrect tracking numbers provided and incorrect address captured. The staff were vague and inattentive. My parcel eventually arrived after 4 days. It was extremely stressful and the staff was not interested in resolving the problem with any sense of urgency.
