Pathetic as always! I booked online Monday morning for an urgent parcel to be in Cape Town by Thursday. Your collector came only Tuesday after 11 to collect so my parcel will not be there in time. This is happening every time that we mention it is urgent. Like you are really going out of your way to ignore the word urgent. It would have been on time if you did not collect 1 day later. negligence for your side once again. If it is not in time YOU will refund me the value of that parcel. So eager to take money online but you can't deliver the service you charge. And the value of that parcel is a few thousand rand which I will claim from you. Useless pathetic, *********** company.
