Incompetence

I did an online booking for the company to fetch my TV from the store. When they got to the store they just took anything that weighed what I specified on the pick up request. Now I am sitting with someone’s speaker instead of my TV and they are saying it’s not their problem. When they delivered the speaker I was not available they left it with the security guard of the building without my permission. Now they are saying I am liable to return the speaker and courier my TV.
