Incompetence @ The Courier Guy!

I am disgusted in 'The Courier Guy'. Their work ethic is the worst ever and their Managing director an Arrogant *****! They delivered two parcels to me from my Head office as the sender and me the recipient clearly stated on the waybills.

Two days later I got informed that one parcel containing a phone was not meant for me and they wanted me to return the phone. Unfortunately it was an Apple product and I am not a fan of Apple products and I gifted the phone to someone else who needed it more than me. In my defense, I receive promotional items from my Head Office every now and then and didn't even think twice about the parcel being sent to me in error.

How can you now take something back from someone else that you gave to them as a gift?

I am now being called a *****, a ****,and arrogant for thinking my Head Office could reward me with a phone for being a good worker. What is such a big deal in receiving a phone? Obviously 'the courier guy' doesn't reward their employees for a job well done!

Well, in short, I'm not taking this bullying lying down and the Courier Guy must get their act together as I will go as public as need to be with how they go about their business and blaming innocent people for their own incompetence!
