INCOMPETANCE

I booked and paid for same day service, collection was to happen before 12 mid day, needless to say they never collected in time. I cancelled the booking and re-booked a normal collection for the following day. Well well ... Several emails stating that nobody was available which is the biggest lie ever!!! After several phone calls to The Courier Guy every excuse in the book was used to cover their incompetence!!!!

This is unacceptable!!!
