inaccurate deliveries

Horrible services, I am student who ordered some parcels over from campus on recesses i had entered all my details and chose the door to locker option it was about 10 days later when i went to check back in on my parcel on their app it said still in transit but when i went to customer support it had already been delivered to the wrong address and the parcel never reached me it was signed off on and given away now im left battling with customer support over parcels i paid for and the money i lost requesting the delivery
