Inaccessible and unreliable.

I sent two packages via courier guy overnight. They have not arrived at the destination. Courier Guy is not accessible via their sharecell number. It says that the line is congested. This tells me there are many queries and they either don't have sufficient staff to handle queries or they do not have the capacity to transport goods. The items were required urgently. Hence, an overnight package. Our display is unmarked as our banner has not arrived.

We should be refunded. I will definitely not use this service again.
