****** in Phalaborwa Branch

The Phalaborwa courier the employees there, when you go to the Kiosk to collect your pudo locker parcel as a black person they refuse to give it to but telling you that you gonna have to wait for the parcel to be deposited in the locker even if they know that there's loadshedding, how is the drive going to deposit it .....then my parcel got lost for full 4 days but thier fellow white people they do give it to them thier parcels without any stories.

It is hard to be a black person in that branch, If you want an assistant fast meaning you will have to change your skin colour to be white 1st if that's possible since that's what they check 1st (skin colour) before they can assist you.

We are no longer in that Era, wether you are black or white we must all get equal treatment but with this branch then it is a different story. Black are black and white are white with different treatment.
