Immaculate Customer Service still exists :)

After being frustrated since the Pudo Locker was jammed and I was not able to retrieve my parcel, I would like to thank Peter Schoeman at Courier Guy H/O for an immaculate service, for going the extra mile to assist me retrieving my parcel and getting it delivered directly to my door. Efficient, friendly and excellent customer service is hard to come by these days and Peter just restored my faith again in Customer Services - thank you again for going the extra mile, truly appreciated :)
