I'm so disappointed ...

I'm so disappointed my client onica Mokoka today they went to her house to deliver the drive didn't deliver the stock/ parcel because he said pin is wrong but my client got pin from message they sent in the morning so where she supposed to get another pin now the drive didn't leave the parcel because of the pin im not happy at all for courier guys
