I’m really ****ed

I’ve received many parcel this month from different courier companies I ddn’t have a problem with the others except courier guy yesterday took a cup cause since morning I’ve been calling them cause I know they have a reading problem and don’t pay attention to details I’ve called in the morning explaining to the person asking if they could ask the driver to call me cause they tend to get lost when delivering my parcel she assured me after 2 hours I realised that na I dint think the message was received I then called again the lady I spoke to this time connected me to the driver we spoke he then told me my parcel he was given by another driver and he told him it was supposed to go to the kiosk not to be delivered when I ask him if my parcel doesn’t have ab address he said no I’ve never even once received a parcel from kiosk if it’s from SHEIN even today it expecting another parcel it is coming straight to my place cz I knew the value I paid for the parcel then I opted for him dropping it off somewhere cause if I resist i might loose it and later regret when I got there it was 2 parcels I ddn’t bother to check cause I have hired a car to assist me in picking it up when I got home after opening it I saw that it is not my parcel I then checked the sticker outside it belonged to someone else I tried calling him his network was bad I then called the owner of the parcel letting her know it was with me after buying content of 7.1 and paying taxes of 1.5 I was forced to pay a transport meter taxi to fetch my parcel an amount of R140 we are customers we should be treated better not as if we mean 😢 nothing to them this guys attitude stinks he treated me like ******* you could tell from the way he was answering like he was doing me a favour Waybill no *** incase the company wants to know who this person is
