I'm not happy with t...

I'm not happy with this company like really since our parcel being in their locker last week wendsday ..ok we understand Thursday was holiday right ..then we try to track parcel on Friday still in transit ..Monday we do the same still in transit ..we try to talk to them to get solution ..they said they will do follow up we must give them altinative number for a client we do that ..they give us reference Monday but nothing .. yesterday again we do ask them nothing ..so what must we do if is like this big company like courier guys they are not able to help us ..we look like stupid everyday asking same thing no solution .. please help us or will take this matter forward we are tired please
