I'm disappointed in one of your drivers who was supposed to deliver my UNISA study material

I'm very much disappointed in the driver ,he was supposed to deliver my UNISA study material at my door step as I've opted but he called the night before the delivery around 21:30 I couldn't answer because I was already asleep im shocked because from what i know they knock off at 17:00 so why would he call me at night,the following morning I received a call from his girlfriend telling me to come and fetch my study material far far from home,he wanted to leave my material at an Indian shop fortunately the seller didn't agree to that,I had to walk for 35 minutes to get to him.The excuse he gave me for not coming to my house was that his car can't afford to use a dusty road.Im very much disappointed
