I’ll never use courier guy ever agy

I was supposed to have received my parcel on Wednesday, it didn’t come through I went on and tracked it they wrote lies and said no access I accepted that even though I knew that’s all lies I tracked it on the 9th again Thursday they told me they have a new driver I kindly asked can my parcel be delivered Friday because I ordered on time, they responded by we’ll prioritise your parcel because we’re aware of the inconvenience, The area manager of Carletonville fochville called me and the driver is on the way he’ll call me should he struggle the driver didn’t call the manager than said he’ll send me a text so that I can send location he never sent that text and never took my call’s thereafter. This is the second time courier guy does this I’d rather use PEP than use you worst of all the area manager acts in that manner
