Ignored availability emails.

Terrible service. I don't know how many times I have told The Courier Guy that I am not available Monday to Wednesday until after 4:15. Every time I mention it, I get a Noted response. The following day - all ignored and I get another notice that delivery failed. Do you just not care what anybody has to say because we can't pick who delivers parcels when purchasing online. O5therwise I would DEFINITELY be avoiding you.
