Ignore Your Instructions Completely

I am extremely disappointed with The Courier Guy. Every time I have a delivery, I clearly communicate my work hours and specify that packages should be delivered to my workplace within a certain time. If that’s not possible, I ask them to deliver to my home address. Despite this, they never get it right. I have tried contacting the drivers directly via WhatsApp and phone calls, but nothing seems to make a difference. This level of unreliability is frustrating and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend their service.
