I have been with them for 6 years now and there is always new problem or excuse(Don't deliver to surten places or parcels get send to wrong depots have to wait longer or parcels get ****** not there responsibility unless you pay more etc), from the people in support emails department and ones handling the phones, as they do not want to work and only give attitude aspecial Siyabonga Phakathi.

The only good thing I have to say is for the poor drivers that truly does all the work and I always can speak to directly and count on as for the company it's *******.

After all this time I can say they stollen alot from me and others, if you have an account as they bill you as they wish. Do not open an account as they will legally find justifiable ways to proof that's okay to over charge you, for example 1 delivery 47km to be exact from Kempton Park to Pretoria Tierpoort 0.60kg they will charge you for 20kg meaning where you would pay R 92 they charge R 363.50.

Then they have attitude about it, after you pay the fees they are charging(meaning *****ing) and send proof they refuse to cancel your account, they pretend that you might be *****ulent and you have to make official letters and explain your self and send copy of ID and proof. After you already send proof of payment they basically refuse to close your account that's how ******* they are.

Please people if you can stay away from companies even aramex as they are even worse off.
