If your staff was awake earlier and not sleeping on the job our parcel would have been collected in time

Your service is pathetic and i have never struggled with your service. I have send and email as usual to tzaneen@courierguy for an collection and i am always assisted quickly. This email has been sent on the night of the 11th November so it could be booked early the morning.

So this lady clearly the dumbest of the dum reply to me with "Good day, please advise how may i assist you" but the subject of the email is collection.

My reply to her dum question was "By Collecting that's how you can assist me.

Read the email that i have send you and make sure you collect before 16h00.

Don't know why we are struggling now all of a sudden with courier guy. In the past we send and email for collection and it was done?

I would have thought if you send an address with the subject line collection it would be quite obviously not true?

Eventually i phoned the Tzaneen branch and got hold of Penny who is my go to person that lady always goes out of her way to make things happen. I think you should change your name to The Courier Lady because Penny is the only one that actually doing something where this Beauty had several stories of waiting for this one and waiting for that one. So if the collection was booked 9:00 this morning as it should have been this urgent parcel would have been collected. By 16h00 the supplier informed me the parcel has still not been collected because Beauty was sleeping on the job not booking the collection.

You must get that parcel to Tzaneen and very quickly also aits an urgent parcel.

You guys better go and thank Penny for her hard loyal work. I am very close to the stage of making her a job offer to come and work in my reception then i want to see what you are going to do with your pack that are the dumbest of the dum.
