If you want your business to suffer, use The Courier Guy.

We booked an overnight shipment for important legal documents from Cape Town to Centurion on Thursday. The parcel was not collected as scheduled. It was only finally collected on Friday, with delivery expected on Monday.

Monday came and went – no delivery.

We called and emailed repeatedly but received no clear answers and no urgency from anyone. By Tuesday the shipment was still sitting in the warehouse and had not even gone out with a courier. For something marked as overnight and containing legal documents, this level of service is unacceptable.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls and emails seem to go nowhere.

Sadly, this is not our first bad experience with them. There have been multiple service failures, and at this point we could probably write a book about it.

Courier companies handle time-sensitive deliveries. When they fail this badly and show so little concern, it directly impacts their customers’ businesses.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.
