The Courier Guy from Klersdorp must be cancelled!!!😡 I waited for my parcel to be delivered since yesterday and even called the number they provided. The lady promised that my parcel would be delivered this morning. I called them again this evening, and they decided to send me an email claiming that they returned the parcel due to unanswered calls, despite the fact that they did not even try! I have been tracking the parcel since I placed the order, and this morning at 07:50, they texted me that the parcel was ready for delivery, but it never arrived. They are extremely unprofessional!! I’m even thinking of collecting the parcel myself, so sick of their unprofessional attitude!
