If I could I would give them a minus on 19 December they should have picked up a parcel arranged with them the week before they never did. After 3 days of struggling they still didn't and I was informed that my plants is now no longer viable to transport. Then today again it is plants as I'm a collector my package was given to the wrong driver and they can't get hold of the driver and he won't be able to come by so they will try to get it to me tomorrow
