I cannot for the life of me believe what you guys are doing.

My package gets dispatched, COMES ALL THE WAY TO MY COMPLEX GATE and the courier driver says some lady told him to drop the package off at a different place. INSTEAD OF THIS GUY USING HIS HEAD AND CALLING MY DAMN NUMBER, HE GOES AND TAKES MY PACKAGE ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE HUB!!!?

If he was unsure of who was answering and accepting the package WHY DID HE NOT THINK TO CALL ME. I WORK FROM HOME, THERES NO REASON FOR ME TO CHANGE THE PACKAGE ADDRESS.

I call and the “manager” tells me the driver will call me to arrange immediate delivery. I’ve been waiting for this driver to call but to no surprise, there has been no contact. Utterly ridiculous and actually very embarrassing.
