If a service was delivered, PAY!!!

This company, especially the one in Queenstown, is not a nice place to work for.... about 2 years ago my son was helping out as a driver assistant for R100 per day... When he decided to leave, after working for 13 days, he waited and waited and waited for his R1300, but after numerous calls, texts and empty promises he just gave up. So sadly he was never paid!!! About 4 months ago, my nephew stared working for The Courier Guy here in Queenstown as a driver and sometimes as a driver assistant... In January he was paid on the 9th, his December salary. In February he was paid on the 12th, his January salary. End of February he resigned, because he got another job. Today it is the 20th of March and he is still waiting for his February salary. What a disgrace!! My unemployed husband was approached for a driver position, about 2 weeks ago, at The Courier Guy here in Queenstown, and was offered X-amount. Very excited to start working again after being unemployed for almost 2 years, his excitement was short lived... After just 5 days the was moved from being driver, to driver assistant (R100 per day!!!!!) Why???? They decided to take back one of their old drivers, who was in an accident with their company vehicle not too long ago... Why??? Because this old driver is prepared to work for a lesser amount than what they offered my husband. So the company is gonna save money by taking the other guy back. I think it's safe to say that my husband will never be paid for the days he worked. Word of advice to the owners of the Courier guy here in Queenstown, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WHAT IS DUE TO THEM... PEOPLE DON'T GET UP AND GO TO WORK FOR MAHALA... PEOPLE HAVE OBLIGATIONS TOWARDS THEIR FAMILIES AND DEBTORS!!!! WOULD YOU LIKE IT IF YOU DELIVERED A SERVICE BUT DON'T GET PAID FOR IT???? NO, I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
