I will never trust the courier guy again

Lost for words, after the courier guy lost my parcel. They dont just care. After viewing camera footage the box was empty but did they view the footage to see i have put a parcel in the box, no just assume I didnt put in there. Excuses and just dont care just like the rest of S.A. you cannot trust the courier guy anymore
