I will never recommend that you use The Courier Guy

I will never recommend that you use The Courier Guy as your business partner to send and receive packages. We send packages on 01 June 2020 to a client in Cape Town. There was two cartons on the consignment. They send one package to Johannesburg and the other one to Cape Town. After calls to the The Courier Guy and emails they send it back to Cape Town. Then the packages got lost at the Cape Town Depot. When they found it, they dispatch it for delivery but it was never delivered and now it is lost again. Also, they do not ever return calls or emails. I send emails with no reply.
