I want to like these couriers, but...

Sometimes you guys are fast, but other times you are slow, and you do not always pick up the parcels on the same day you promise, and that is okay, Even couriers make mistakes, but to not inform the customer about it? That is where things get kind of unclear. You should better your coms with your clients bc we sometimes want to know the minute it moves from the warehouse to someones hands to the truck. Especially if it is for business. I do not care if it is automatic, I want some more updates and more frequently.

On the other hand, if my package is lost, I always get a refund on the shipping and insurance, so that is nice. I have never had a problem getting my money back;
