I want my refund for my missing parcel

Waited for my delivery for 2 months , calling all the time , Nobody takes accountability . Emilio Rodrigues , does an excellent job at blaming everyone but taking action . Its always operations fault .

I called again today 2025/04/14 only to be told they will now handle my claim and refund me which i was promised 6 weeks ago . Ridiculous!!!

All they can say is we are sorry its operations , who the hell is operations and who manages it . Such a large company and huge potential , but when they mess up they do that very well too.
