I want my parcel

Their service is very bad. I havebeen waiting for delivery for days. Everyday is a different story from the company. Worse their reason for delay they say it's me when I did not even request any change. Everytime I must complain amd fight for my delivery. Do better and go back to your polocies. You will loose customers as you hired dishonest drivers that don't want to work instead create stories about customers when they did not even engage with them.
