I topped up my account on Sunday and it's Thursday today my account is still not updated, my small business is stand still because of their incompetence

I topped up my account on Sunday and it's Thursday today my account is still not updated, my small business is stand still because of their incompetence. I used to top up my account and the money would reflect immediately, I do not know what they changed but it is not working and inconveniencing small businesses. I do not have a lot of cash flow to play around with. If my service provider is failing me to run my business then they should refund me my money. Very disappointed, The Courier Guy be more customer centric.
