I sent a Parcel through the courier guy( Pudo) services in Witbank on the 30th of March 2022. The client hasn't received her parcel even today. I keep calling and no one is giving me dire lct answers. They keep saying they will deliver and they do not. On the 1st of April I Called their collecting branch in Witbank and I was told the parcel will be delivered the next Monday which was the 4th of April and the agent confirmed the delivery address over the phone . Came the 4th nothing happened. I called on the 5th and the lady at Witbank branch told me that there is no delivery address on the system. She even requested me to email her the delivery address. I did so. Nothing happened. On Friday I contacted their whatsapp line spoke to a lady called Iris. She told me there is no address I gave her the address and she told me they will deliver on Monday the 11th. Today is Monday still nothing. This is the worst experience since no one even bothers to call and inform me about my parcel. Their system doesn't take parcels without address. Am wondering how was the address deleted. Even after I gave them the address still nothing. I am a client I need to be informed all the time. But what they do is to come with excuses all the time.
