I ordered a parcel from CTM, and to my surprise, The Courier Guy had my parcel since Tuesday. On Wednesday, they called and said they'd be at my place around 5 pm - that didn't happen, and the guy didn't pitch. I received an email saying he attempted delivery but couldn't. I let it slide... Today, I received an email at the same time as on Wednesday, telling me the driver was at my place and the receiver wasn't there. I was sitting right at the gate in the shade from 12 pm, and I've got a fence, not a wall, so I can see any car, even if I was at the house. Their service is starting to be poor, and it was one I trusted. Now, I was put through to their operations manager, Tenashe... and, yoh, it was like I was talking to someone who just started working there and was given my query 😤.
