I need my claim back so that i cam can refund My Client
I have send my parcel with them November last year 2025 that was going to Pretoria using Locker in Johannesburg CBD 51 Pritchard street , my parcel they semd me email to claim because they said they was misplaced and it got lost, they sent me form to claim i did that, and i kept on making follow-up, thw last Call i got from them was 13 January 2026 from this number *** saying my claim will be through after 5-7days so that i can he able to refund my client, since i have been waiting please assist me

30 Jan 2026, 14:51I need claim money so that i can be able to refund Client, since last year 2025 am still waiting they are making me go back and forth, they send me Claim form on 13 January 2026 they said they with process since they have concluded with their investigation, still now am still waiting they said claim takes 5-7days by the lady who called me her number ***
