I need assistance!

On the 18th of December, I sent through a parcel to The Fieldbar Co. in Cape Town. On the 20th of December, I received confirmation that the parcel was delivered by driver cptwoodstock and was signed for by Kim. I made a follow up with The Fieldbar Co. and they confirmed that the parcel was never delivered to them and they have no person with the name Kim. Its almost two weeks now The Fieldbar Co. is communicating with your company and till this day no indication of where the parcel was delivered and to whom. I also responded to the email that I was copied on by The Fieldbar Co. to your company and till this day, I have not received any communication from your company.

I need to know where your driver delivered my parcel as The Fieldbar Co. confirmed that the details entered on the waybill is correct. Your silence and lack of interest to resolve this issue therefore is reallt worrying as this parcel is worth R2499 and for you to keep quiet is really worrying.
